Hever Castle Built in 13th century In late 15th -- early 16th centuries it was home to the Boleyn family
In 1903, Hever Castle was purchased by William Waldorf Astor, who created the extensive gardens, including the Topiary Walk, Chess Garden, Italian Gardens, Pergola Walk, Rose Garden, Long Border, Dahlia Border, Loggia, Water Maze, and Hedge Maze, some of which are pictured here:
